We have many different service level agreements and support contracts with our customers. Keeping track of the duration and scope of services has always been time-consuming and complicated. In project management, too, we wanted better control over whether our projects were within the planned budget. It was important to us that this information was accessible not only to management, but to every single employee. At Zetes, we attach great importance to a culture of appreciation. We were looking for a solution that would not only meet all our technological requirements, but would also fit our company’s “look and feel”: As a provider of supply chain management software, we strive to achieve outstanding usability for our own solutions – and expect the same from applications that we use on a daily basis.
Since the working hours and breaks in Austria are strictly regulated by law and compliance is checked, it was important to us that CoffeeCup would enable legally compliant time recording. Furthermore, HR processes such as vacation release and absence management should also be mapped in the solution. Another requirement was the possibility to create accounting logs and reports at any time.

First and foremost, there is the transparency that the solution provides by clearly displaying all our processes and tasks and offering numerous analysis options.
The simple overview of all project statuses is a real benefit for me as a project manager – a look at my dashboard in the morning and I can plan my day. It used to be a lot more complicated to be up to date.
